Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Kohana Studios, every piece is crafted with care, and we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Returns & No Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You are not satisfied with the product / do not like it.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • An exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for exchange. Without this, we cannot process your request.
  • Once approved, we will guide you with the exchange process.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Exchange

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, customer will bear the exchange shipping cost.
  • If you are requesting an exchange because you do not like the product, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards
