Specimen #027 – Red Protea & Bee honours one of nature's most ancient blooms — a sculptural red protea with fringed petals radiating from a textured white seed head, flanked by a small diamond accent, faces a gold-and-yellow enamelled bee with white crystal wing accents, surrounded by green enamel leaves on the opposite end of the open gold band.

The protea's crimson fringed petals have a feathered quality rare in jewellery — each petal edge is individually shaped, giving the bloom extraordinary dimension. The seed head at the centre is pebbled and white, botanically precise. The bee opposite is compact and golden, its wings lightly set with crystals that catch light when the hand moves.
